Granola has become one of my favourite things to eat for breakfast with some yoghurt topped with fruit.
I wanted to share my recipe because i have developed an addition to it and since it is good for you, why not?!
Well from the name you wouldn’t be able to tell but it simply means
They are available as cereal or in bars but honestly I would rather make my own because if you are a picky eater like I am then you can put in what you like!
The ingredients as I said can be anything you want, I personally don’t like raisins but I put it up there so you know that you can add it in or substitute with dates or cranberries or anything you fancy! Small tip if you are adding them make sure to add them half way through the baking process.
Preheat the oven 150 C, place the dry ingredients together in a bowl, mix the oil, honey and vanilla and pour it over the dry ingredients.
Mix well and spread evenly on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 mins, making sure to toss them every 10 mins.
Once done let it to cool and place in an air tight container which you can keep for approx a week!
