This smoothie is the perfect way to start my day especially when I am in a hurry!

There are days where I am in a rush and simply don’t have time to cook breakfast but since I know it is the most important meal of the day, I make sure to have something to eat/drink, preferably healthy before I walk out of the door.

This smoothie can be made up of pretty much any fruits but I love berries and always have some on hand.

For the ingredients
Fruits of your choice I used mixed berries and bananas
Yoghurt
Oatmeal
Milk
Honey
Flaxseeds

As you can see there are no measurements, I enjoy experimenting!

I love how quick and easy this is to make, as it all depends on what you have on hand.

Not only is this smoothie delicious  but it also keeps you full, so by the time you are hungry its nearly lunch time.

I hope you try this out or make your own version, have fun with experimenting with different fruits.
